Nature’s Golden Gift

At Nature’s Golden Gift, we deal in food-grade products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must:

  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Provide order details for verification

After reviewing the issue, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution, if the claim is found valid.


Important Notes

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
  • Products must be unused and in original condition for review
  • Natural variations in color, texture, or aroma are not considered defects
